Nour delivers across the UAE region and offers various delivery methods to cater to your needs. While we continuously work on improving your experience, please check back for any updates on new delivery methods. Our deliveries typically take place between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Here are the available delivery options for addresses within the UAE.

Orders above 200 AED qualify for free shipping within the UAE.

The shipping will be done according to the expected release date for pre-ordered items on the product page.

You can now schedule your delivery by choosing a time slot with last mile delivery partner.
 
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, and while we strive to deliver within the estimated time, factors like promotional activity, sale seasons, and bank holidays may cause delays.

While we are committed to delivering within the estimated timelines, please note that these are estimates, and time shall not be considered of the essence. If we have not fulfilled your order within 15 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for delivery failures for reasons outside our reasonable control, including situations where you are unavailable to take the delivery or request postponement. Deliveries are made daily, excluding UAE public holidays. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access for deliveries, especially on Fridays.

Our Customer Care team at Nour will be delighted to assist you with any changes you need regarding your delivery date or address. However, please note that if you have received an email informing you that your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to make any changes to the address at that point. Additionally, changing the delivery address to a different country than the original one won't be possible.
 
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS. This tracking number will allow you to easily track your order.
