The metal nodes send electrical currents through the various layers of skin, down to the muscles, to give them a workout. Use five minutes a day per treatment area. For the first 60 days, use 5 days per week. After 60 days, use 2-3 days per week to maintain results.

Step 1: Cleanse skin with an oil-free cleanser.

Step 2: Glide the NuBODY skin toning device over the treatment area in an upward motion for five minutes until the device automatically powers off. Use long, slow glides with medium pressure.

Step 3: Massage any excess gel primed into your skin for additional benefits.
